Here is the lemon recipe that we are serving tomorrow night at the Garden party, just want to make sure everyone who signed up to make it has a copy!
Lemon Yum- Yum
Crust:
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sugar
Mix together and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 14 min. COOL COMPLETELY.
Filling:
1 ( 8-oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 med. cool whip
2 sm. lemon puddings mixed with 3 c. cold milk
Cream together cream cheese and sugar, fold in cool whip, then spread over crust. Mix pudding with milk, pour slowly over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate.
