At first I thought he was being dramatic, but we went ahead and got it checked out. Yep! It was broken. He got it off just in time for the Summer break. As a side note, he picked at he cast (broke the cast) until it wasn't really helping to stabilize his bone. He had to keep a splint on it for another four weeks.
