Caleb has the simplistic Judeo-Christian belief that Heaven is somewhere in the sky. But Caleb also has the scientific belief that the planets and stars are up there. He knows people have been to outer space. He has seen pictures. It is very real. He loves the planets and takes great pride in knowing their names and some of their features. So how can outerspace and Heaven co-exist? I am glad he is a thinker, but he is also a believer. Josh: how do you get to outerspace? Caleb: spaceship. Josh: how do you get to Heaven?
